Lanesboro, MN Rhinos Pizza and Sub Shoppe
Rhinos Pizza & Sub Shoppe offers fresh, homemade pizza, Subs and Wraps, Famous Broasted Chicken, grilled burgers and appetizers, and Soft Serve ice cream cones and desserts!

Our fresh, homemade pizza is made from scratch each day and rolled out each time as you order it. We are the only homemade pizza restaurant in Lanesboro! Take-N-Bake pizzas are also popular with our customers who are staying at resorts in the area. They can pick up a pizza made to their liking and bake it when they are ready to relax after a day of biking on the trail!

We offer fresh subs and wraps! We have four flavors of wraps to chose from: Tomato Basil, Garlic Herb, Honey Wheat, and Cheese Jalepeno. At our sub counter you can choose which type of sub or wrap you would like and then build your own sandwich by choosing your own fresh vegetables and cheese. Our signature "Rhinormous Sub" is sure to fill you up!

Famous Broasted Chicken is a favorite! We offer Fresh, never frozen, chicken. We flavor the chicken with a special seasoned flour coating and pressure cook it in the broaster. It is delicious! Served with choice or potato, salad or creamy coleslaw. We are the only restaurant in Lanesboro to offer Famous Broasted Chicken!

Grilled burgers and appetizers are very popular with the locals! New this year we are offering Grilled Sourdough Bread Sandwiches! A few of the favorites are the Southwest Deluxe Burger, Turkey Club, Tuna Melt, Frisco Burger, and Hungryman's Bacon Deluxe. Our signature Burger is a Rhino Deluxe Burger! 1/2 pound hamburger on a hoagie roll topped with sauteed onoins, mushrooms, bacon, and swiss cheese. Served with our special sauce!

Lanesboro is not complete without soft serve Ice Cream! We are the only restauarant in Lanesboro to offer soft serve ice cream! We serve malts, shakes, flurries, sundaes, and new this year chocolate dipped ice cream cones! A favorite ice cream treat is the Rhino's Rampage...vanilla ice cream, topped with Snickers pieces, hot fudge, caramel, whipped toppping and a cherry!

I have owned this restaurant for 13 years. I purchased the restaurant in 1997 from the previous owners whom i worked for as a teenager! I operated the restaurant as a full service restaurant until 2003. In spring of 2005, I opened Rhino's Pizza & Sub Shoppe. The Shoppe offers counter style service. Order at the counter and then we make it to your liking!

The tourists that come to Lanesboro enjoy eating at Rhino's because we offer a variety of food choices. We can accommodate just about any eating preference, including vegetarians!
