Shanahan's on the Green in Dublin Ireland has a special connection to US Presidents by way of the Oval Office Bar where they have commemorative memorabelia for US Presidents with ties to Ireland. This includes JFK's rocking chair and other presidential artifacts. President Obama recently uncovered some very old ties to Ireland and visited the country several months ago. Shanahan's has requested a photo from the White House and hopes to add it to their collection.
