Gushing about Richie Havens
Richie Havens is an AMAZING talent! His upcoming performance at the Colonial is proof positive of their venues credibility! If you have never heard of Richie Havens, then you've got to go search out some of his music! He was the opening act at the Woodstock 1969 concert and just a power house in the folk music industry. I recently saw a great PBS special featuring him along with Peter, Paul and Mary.
Hopefully we can get some press passes to cover the event?!? I am looking forward to some more news and updates from the Colonial Theatre on their upcoming venues and calendar of events! Stay tuned! -Dru
