Step 1: Plan your message.
You have something to say and you'll have 60 seconds to say it. Try writing down your message and then practice reading it aloud while timing yourself with a stop watch. Be sure to speak clearly so your message is easily understood by others.

Step 2: Call the Travelers411 PR Line.
International and domestic callers should dial 415.796.6454 then Press "3" on your phone.

Step 3: Record your message.
You will have about 180 seconds to record your total message. Start the message with your name, call back number and valid email address. We will use this information to contact you to arrange billing after you have recorded your message. Use a stop watch and record your PR message. Be sure that the PR message portion of your recording does not exceed 60 seconds.

Travelers411 Commercial PR is distributed via Travelers411 Streaming Radio and Podcast. Messages may take up to 24 hours to appear in the Stream and will usually be broadcast for up to 1 month from insertion date.
