Under the direction of Conductor Keith Lockhart the Boston Pops delights audiences each Spring in historic Symphony Hall with the best of broadway, light classical, hits from the silver screen, Jazz, and so much more. For the month of December Symphony Hall is transformed for Holiday Pops, one of Boston's most cherished family holiday traditions.
Shakespeare and Company has several stages that put on performances throughout the year, plus they have plans for reproducing the Rose theatre on the grounds. This year they have a full calendar of productions including "The Memory of Water", "As You Like It", "The Hound of the Baskervilles", "Cymbeline", "The Santaland Diaries", "The Learned Ladies", and "Macbeth" to name a few.
