Thread Title: Trip to Israel Advice

Hello. We are thinking about visiting Israel for the first time. Can you share any first time visitor advice such as if any special visas or medical shots are necessary? I do not know very much about Israel so really anything you can share such as best time to visit -- maybe a time when it is not too hot and maybe also when airfare is a bit cheaper. Should I go with a tour or will we be ok visiting on our own. Thank you!
